Dr. Robin Timme provides subject matter expertise to Falcon Technologies in correctional healthcare, forensic psychology, clinical operations, and high-risk population management. Nationally recognized as a leader in correctional and forensic psychology, Dr. Timme brings deep experience shaping health policy, consulting to systems of public health and public safety, and supporting the development of innovative programs across jail and prison settings.
His expertise helps inform the design, implementation, and clinical relevance of Falcon Technologies’ correctional technology tools, including risk-informed decision support, behavioral health workflows, staff training considerations, and care models for high-needs individuals in custody. Dr. Timme’s background in healthcare administration, psychological evaluation, serious mental illness programming, trauma-informed environments of care, malingering and psychopathy assessment, and justice facility design provides critical insight into how technology can support safer, more effective correctional systems.
Dr. Timme has extensive experience working with special populations, including individuals with Serious Mental Illness and transgender and gender non-conforming individuals in custody. He is also highly regarded for his work in professional development for clinical and custody staff, helping to bridge clinical best practices and operational realities in correctional environments.
Dr. Timme holds a Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and a Master’s Degree in Education. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology, a Fellow in the American Academy of Forensic Psychology, and a Certified Correctional Health Professional with both Mental Health (CCHP-MH) and Advanced (CCHP-A) specialties. He also serves on national and professional committees, including the Ethics Committee of the Delaware Psychological Association and various committees of the National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC).
